A wonderful winter toque collaboration by Robin Bradasch and Kristen Trotter of Trapline 2 U! Large toque with red fox fur pom pom. Robin Bradasch: Robin is a citizen of the Kluane First Nation (KFN). She spent 12 years negotiating the KFN Final and Self-Government Agreements serving as their Chief Negotiator and Director of Lands, Heritage and Governance. She has served several elected terms as the Deputy Chief of KFN. For the past 11 years Robin has worked for Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada. Currently, she holds the position of Director of Governance. She continues to be actively involved in the governance of KFN as a member of the Constitution Committee, Citizenship Committee and as a Trustee for the KFN Dana Trust. From Kristen: Trapline 2 U - with our three boys in tow, all fur is ethically harvested from our family trapline located on Champagne Aishihik traditional territory near Whitehorse, Yukon. We process the fur using traditional teachings and cultural practices passed down through generations. All material is selected with input from the whole family and the final product is sewn together in our home. From our family, to yours: enjoy!
